Your first step back to work. A DOT-Qualified Substance Abuse Professional conducts a comprehensive evaluation of your situation following a drug or alcohol violation. We assess your history, circumstances, and needs to recommend the most appropriate course of action.

Follow-Up Testing Plan
Face-to-face clinical assessment (in-person / virtual) of the employee following a DOT-mandated positive test result. Fully compliant with 49 CFR Part 40.
Personalized referral to education programs or treatment providers based on the clinical evaluation findings.
After the employee completes the recommended program, I conduct the required follow-up evaluation to determine return-to-duty eligibility.
Official DOT-compliant documentation provided to the employer confirming successful compliance and eligibility for return-to-duty testing.
SAP-prescribed drug testing schedule; the employer is responsible for carrying it out.
